The town seems to be mostly abandoned, the only seed residents listed up there. The windows are boarded up and the streets are empty, with people like Esquire hiding in dark alleys. There is a playground, although it's more like a pool full of sharks - er, Esquires. An ambulance can be heard in the background as Leo and Satan stroll through the town, implying that crime is common on the streets of this hellhole.
